He owns a Microsoft Office Master certification, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook, MS Access credentials. Has Microsoft Office Project, Managing Projects certification.
He is an ANC accredited trainer (CNFPA) coordinating training and consulting projects in the fields of IT&C, project management, or Microsoft Office software package.
Experience
With over 10 years of experience in the position of a trainer and the IT&C field, Alexandru has completed training, development, and product launch projects within organizations such as AMA Romania, Advantage Software Factory, or Colt Romania.
Has developed practical and interactive training programs, applicable in the field of activity of his trainees, and adapted to their experience, so they could apply in the business environment, technical notions such as the Microsoft software package, and different working tools used in IT&C and Project Management.
He has coordinated training and consulting projects on the national and international levels. He held coaching and consulting sessions with middle and top managers to implement the concepts and strategies delivered in the training programs.
Alexandru is the support of the Brightway® team for the training and consultancy projects, carried out with companies active in the fields of software production/distribution, or IT&C.
