ABOUT THE TRAINING
Technological advances, the multiple means by which we can communicate and geopolitical tensions mean that change is occurring much more frequently than in the past, and even becoming part of the normality of a day, rather than a surprise element. If 50 years ago we could change a project at the next meeting, when a letter arrived or when we had to talk to someone on the landline, now any intervention is just a click away. We take all our projects in our pocket on our smartphone, we communicate instantly with people on different continents, we make changes that propagate through apps to all levels of the company in seconds.
However, our limbic system and survival mechanisms have been trained for hundreds of millions of years to live in a different environment than we do today, and so emotionally and behaviorally we have plenty of challenges to adapt in a healthy way to such rapid change.
In the change management course, we train in simulations to manage different types of changes, we work practically on case studies from the current context, we use the latest research and tools in management and behavioral psychology, to understand ourselves and integrate in an assertive emotional way the changes around us. Last but not least, we focus on how you can communicate change and implement adaptive strategies in your team.
The change management course is aimed at entrepreneurs, top managers, team leaders and anyone who wants to learn how to develop adaptive strategies and behaviors to manage change.
