Programele de training si team building Brightway m-au luminat, mi-au deschis mintea si mi-au clarificat si structurat ceea ce aveam de facut. Instrumentele primite sunt pe atat de practice si de inteligente, pe cat sunt de usor de invatat si de inteles.

I worked with Mihai on a team building event and had the chance to see him in other business events. He has an amazing professional stature, he is a good listener, capable to understand exactly the customer needs and apply the right solutions. Most importantly, he proved capable to adapt to any unexpected situations that occurred and applied creative solutions. 

Mihai is one of the best trainer I ever met. His way of interactions and explanation are one of a kind. Each training is build and presented as continuous communication and you realize at the end of the day that you really gained something that day: more self conscious of your powers and knowledge and even a friend! i would highly recommend for training's and team-buildings!
