ABOUT THE TRAINING
PCM ®️ (Process Communication Model) is a methodology used for personality analysis, created by Taibi Kahler. The model is based on over 40 years of research and was validated by approximately 1 million completed profiles. The PCM methodology uses practical tools, which can be applied in the interaction with a person, to determine in real-time, their personality traits, psychological needs, stress behavior, and motivational factors that guide their choices in the current context.
The PCM training helps you meet the need to connect that people have nowadays more than ever, gives you communication techniques to maintain colleagues' high motivation levels, and provides tools to be persuasive in your interactions with business partners.
The PCM methodology details six personality types that we all have in us. What makes us different is the way in which these six personality types are arranged and their intensities, as you can observe in the image above. We can make an analogy with a six-floor condominium in which the ground floor or the personality base offers us the most powerful traits and after that, we take the "elevator" consuming energy to communicate with someone from another personality "floor". This model was used by NASA for almost twenty years to select astronauts and measure their mental fitness before a space mission, by politicians during debates and voting campaigns (the most famous was Bill Clinton), and by leaders from top companies around the world.
The PCM training is aimed at anyone with a high level of interest, curious about human psychology, and how people communicate and/or react. It can be extremely useful in modulating the interaction in the sales process, in inter-departmental communication, and in leadership, but it also brings a major benefit on a personal level, and in your daily life interactions.
