Ionuț has a unique background that combines training with the design of IT solutions and cybersecurity defense systems. He has built his career in organizations such as CISCO, Vodafone, Telekom, and is currently a Security Solutions Architect at Rabobank's Cyber Defence Centre in the Netherlands.
Using his business experience and extensive knowledge of the IT and security sectors, he provides participants with a great learning experience, delivering complex technical tools in an easy to understand and practical manner. Participants get concrete actions and strategies from his training sessions that they can apply in their daily work.

Experience
Since early education Ionuț was a top performer, being awarded in college and university international competitions in mathematics, physics and informatics. Ionuț started his career as a CISCO instructor and then switched to the commercial sector as a Business Development Manager for technical products in Vodafone. He continued as a Product Manager and Pre-sales Manager in Vodafone and CISCO and learned how to link technical solutions to the business needs of an organisation. This is one of the reasons for which he has great results as a trainer and consultant - he understands how to translate the technical language to business language and focus on implementation.
In the last 4 years he specialised in cybersecurity and had access to the latest innovations and tools in this field. Ionuț delivered more than 10.000 training and consultancy hours to both corporate organisations and SME's. His role in Brightway team is to design and facilitate training and consultancy programs like cybersecurity, project management in IT organisations and others IT related topics. He is a brilliant mind that can bring added value to any type of organisation
